Job summary

Avangrid Service Company is seeking a Senior Digital Tech Lead to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade software and applications that support business objectives. Lead complex initiatives, shape architecture, and drive team performance to achieve operational excellence.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, guide architecture decisions, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure quality and on-time results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline with 10+ years of professional experience.
• Master's degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a senior engineering or technical leadership role.
• Proven track record of designing, building, and deploying large-scale, enterprise-grade multi-tier applications that scale across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership across engineering teams and ensure architecture alignment with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor engineers; enforce coding standards and best practices for scalable web and mobile solutions.
• Drive end-to-end software delivery, collaboration with product and delivery teams, and maintain performance and reliability.
