Avangrid is seeking a Senior Digital Tech Lead to drive architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise software across web and mobile platforms. You will lead, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver scalable systems that align with business goals and performance standards.

You will champion modern front-end and backend tech stacks (Angular, Java, Spring Boot, cloud and containerization), while guiding architectural decisions and ensuring quality and delivery excellence across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline with 10+ years of experience; or Master’s with 7+ years.
• Senior engineering or technical leadership background with Agile DevOps and CI/CD.
• Proven track record designing and deploying large-scale enterprise apps for web and mobile.
• Experience integrating with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of enterprise-grade system software and applications.
• Provide technical leadership for large, multi-team initiatives; guide architecture decisions.
• Mentor engineers and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Own end-to-end software development lifecycle and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure quality and delivery.
