Job summary

UST is seeking a Senior Technical Integration Consultant to design, build, and test Oracle HCM Cloud integrations across Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence and Core HR. You will act as the primary technical resource for interface workstreams and mentor junior team members in a regulated, client-facing environment.

This role requires 5–7 years of Oracle HCM Cloud integration experience, hands-on delivery across full lifecycles, and the ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Oracle HCM Cloud technical/integration experience.
• Multiple full-lifecycle implementations.
• Government or public sector experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience building and troubleshooting integrations using OIC, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Ownership of integration technical design documentation.
• Ability to map functional requirements to interface specifications with end-to-end traceability.
• Proficiency with Fast Formulas and BI Publisher/OTBI-based data extracts.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot defects during SIT/UAT.
• Knowledge of file transfer protocols (SFTP).
• Ability to mentor junior consultants/analysts.
• Clear communication of technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Strong consulting skills.
• Government contracting experience.
• Travel up to 10%.

• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to functional stakeholders and clients

Location & Compensation

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various US markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote - US

Compensation Range: $70,000-$105,000
