UST is seeking a Workday Senior Recruiting Consultant to configure and optimize Workday Recruiting solutions to meet talent acquisition and workforce planning needs in Florida.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, maintain recruiting modules, and support integrations, with a focus on scalable, enterprise-aligned processes and robust reporting. This role emphasizes implementation quality, stakeholder communication, and data integrity.

The Role

UST is searching for a Workday Senior Recruiting Consultant who will configure, enhance, and support Workday Recruiting solutions to meet talent acquisition and workforce planning needs.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize recruiting processes, ensure system efficiency, and deliver scalable Workday solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting modules, business processes, security, reports, and dashboards.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into effective Workday Recruiting solutions.
• Support integrations, testing, data validation, and release deployments.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support. Create functional documentation, job aids, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and adoption.

What You Need

• Primary skill: Workday HCM
• Workday Senior Certified Recruiting Consultant certification.
• Strong expertise in Workday Recruiting configuration and business processes.

• Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle, talent acquisition, and HR systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Location & Compensation

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Florida

Compensation Range: $ 150,000 - 190,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
