UST in California seeks a Workday Senior Compensation Consultant to architect, configure and test the Workday HCM solution with a focus on Compensation. You will lead deployment teams, document requirements, design configurations, develop prototypes, and transfer knowledge to clients.
The role requires current Workday HCM certification, hands-on compensation experience, strong client service, project management skills, and ability to travel up to 20%.
As a Workday Senior Compensation Consultant, you will ensure successful deployment by architecting, configuring and testing the Workday HCM solution with a focus on Compensation. to meet the specific needs of the client. Foster the development of other Consultants by sharing expertise. May support proposal preparations, deliver demonstrations to clients and speak at conference.
