Qventus, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Implementation Partner - Inpatient Capacity to lead enterprise-scale deployments within hospital settings. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinating executives, care teams, IT, and product to achieve measurable improvements in patient care operations.

You will own multi-module deployments, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, high-quality implementation of the Inpatient Capacity solution, with travel up to 25–30% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program management in enterprise SaaS deployments.
• Experience with hospital or health system settings and EHR implementations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 25–30%.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the timeline for enterprise-wide, multi-module deployments with initial focus on Inpatient Capacity.
• Coordinate with Data Integration Specialists, Clinical Operation Consultants, and Product Specialists to deliver client value.
• Collaborate with external client teams to address evolving requirements and communicate approaches.
• Provide technical project leadership across deployment lifecycle from kickoff to go-live.
• Build and manage relationships from frontline staff to C-suite stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, drive issues to resolution.
• Identify process improvements and close gaps with structured approaches.
• Own assigned accounts with limited oversight and lead complex, matrixed engagements.
• Articulate value proposition and create measurable outcomes for customers.
