Job summary

Qventus, based in the United States, is seeking an Implementation Engineer to lead the delivery of inpatient and surgical growth solutions at scale. You will be the technical expert for our AI-powered data pipelines, coordinating with hospital stakeholders and internal teams to configure data transformations and EHR integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience building production healthcare data transformation pipelines.
• 3+ years of professional experience with Java, C/C++, or Python.
• Experience translating hospital requirements into technical designs for hospital operations (inpatient and/or surgical).
• Familiarity with relational databases and data warehousing (Redshift, RDS, Snowflake, BigQuery).

Responsibilities

• Communicate technical product requirements to clients and internal teams; gather and analyze user requirements and develop configuration plans with timelines.
• Lead end-to-end technical implementations of Qventus solutions for Inpatient Operations and Surgical Growth; validate data sources and configure metrics.
• Perform SQL-level checks and optimize queries across data warehouses to validate data quality and system behavior.
• Collaborate with Integration teams to resolve data interoperability issues and implement corrections.
• Manage data migrations from legacy hospital systems with minimal disruption to care.
• Develop deployment content and provide advanced technical training to staff and customers.
