Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in technical editing or proposal editing.
• Experience editing bids for engineering or IT infrastructure proposals.
• Experience editing technical documentation and customer deliverables.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear language.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Edit, revise, and proofread technical and proposal content for clarity, accuracy, consistency, and tone.
• Collaborate with engineers and proposal teams to translate concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support the full proposal lifecycle including storyboard and reviews.
• Develop program messaging and executive summaries.
• Maintain templates, style guides, and editorial processes.
• Lead as a senior technical editor interfacing with customers and teams.
