Job summary

Nike is seeking a Senior Technical Designer in Beaverton to translate design intent into commercially viable Nike Sportswear products. You will lead fit, construction, and technical execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet development milestones.

Ideal candidates have strong apparel technical design, with expertise in pattern-making, grading, manufacture methods, and experience with Adobe Illustrator, Optitex, CLO/Browzwear, and 3D development platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years directly relevant work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant apparel technical design or product creation experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate design intent into commercial Nike Sportswear product.
• Coordinate fit, construction, and technical execution from concept through production.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for assigned styles, including specifications, patterns, and prototype notes.
• Execute fit and construction standards that strengthen consistency, quality, and manufacturability.
• Facilitate prototyping, identify technical and manufacturing challenges, communicate progress, and protect product integrity.
