Job summary

Kontoor Brands in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Technical Designer to lead pattern development and technical specifications from concept to sampling for our Jeanswear and Tops lines. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, maintain fit blocks, ensure BOM and material specs, and drive on‑time production packages using Lectra Accumark, Browzwear, and PLM tools.

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• 5+ years of extensive apparel manufacturing experience in pattern and technical product development.
• Proficiency with pattern systems (Lectra Accumark) and 3D patterning (Browzwear).

Responsibilities

• Manages technical development of pattern-making and specs from concept to sampling.
• Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to finalize production packages.
• Maintains fit blocks and BOMs, ensuring on‑time delivery.
