Job summary

Kontoor Brands seeks a Technical Design Lead to steer pattern-making and technical specifications from concept to sampling for its brand portfolio. The role supervises the Technical Design team, aligns with Product Development and Production, and ensures on-time delivery and quality across all patterns and specs, using Gerber Accumark and Browzwear tools.

Qualifications

• Extensive apparel manufacturing experience with pattern and technical development processes.
• Knowledge of patterns, construction specifications and materials management.
• Experience with product development systems and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Design team in pre-production pattern development and technical specifications.
• Coordinate hand-off to Production Technical Design and manufacturing partners.
• Maintain fit blocks and 3D pattern assets; improve SOPs for materials management and packaging.
• Resolve pattern, construction, quality and systems issues in pre-production.
