Kontoor Brands, Inc. is seeking a Technical Designer in Greensboro, NC to lead complete technical development from pattern-making to sampling. You will ensure on-time delivery of technical specifications aligned with brand Go-to-Market milestones and cost targets.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate patterns into production packages, manage 2D/3D pattern development, and oversee materials, labeling, and packaging guidelines for a range of denim, knit, and woven products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of apparel manufacturing experience with pattern and technical development
• 5+ years of in-depth knowledge of end-to-end product manufacturing processes
• Experience in Jeanswear Bottoms or Tops; Denim & Non-Denim categories preferred

Responsabilités

• Provide technical expertise on pre-production pattern development and technical construction specifications
• Collaborate with Production Technical Design to enable production-ready packages for Field manufacturing and vendors
• Execute design/merchandising changes to ensure accurate bulk production and maintain up-to-date workflows
• Develop and apply fit blocks in 2D and 3D pattern development and manage material BOMs and labeling guidelines
• Serve as a technical resource to resolve pattern, construction, quality, and system issues in pre-production
• Adopt new skills and technologies and share best practices within the unit and across functions
• Engage in personal training and development and conduct self-assessments with supervision
