Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a Technical Designer to create and maintain tech packs in PLM, detailing measurements, sketches, imagery and data to guide suppliers and factories.

You will partner with Design, Product Management, Pattern Making and global sourcing to ensure products meet design intent, quality and calendar requirements, with on-site fit tests during interview.

This role requires strong communication, garment knowledge, and proficiency in Illustrator and PLM tools.

Qualifications

• Apparel manufacturing/design degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and apparel manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain tech packs in PLM with measurements and construction details.
• Attend hand-off, reviews, and milestone meetings to ensure alignment.
• Ensure accurate documentation of product data and fit specifications.
• Partner with global teams to meet design intent and calendar deadlines.
