Qualifications

• 10+ years of apparel design experience.
• 3–5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Deep understanding of sportswear/activewear products.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop three Design Managers across Men’s categories.
• Define and drive the overall design vision across all categories.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity and product aesthetics.
• Review design concepts and ensure alignment with brand strategy and customer expectations.
• Partner with Merchandising, Product Development, and Production teams on compelling assortments.
• Oversee seasonal calendars and ensure timely delivery of design milestones.
• Balance creative vision with margin goals and production feasibility.
