This role independently manages delivery activities, applies advanced knowledge of technical functions and processes, and guides teams through moderate to complex problems that affect business outcomes.

Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in technical delivery or related roles.
• Experience solving moderate to complex technical problems impacting business outcomes.
• Experience providing technical guidance and mentoring within project teams.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the technical delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with objectives, scope, deliverables, standards, and timelines.
• Lead technical planning sessions and analyze technical challenges to develop practical solutions meeting business needs.
• Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams to support seamless integration and delivery of technical solutions.
• Monitor project progress, address risks and issues, and review technical work products for quality and adherence to standards.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, feedback, and knowledge sharing to junior team members.
• Document technical processes and lessons learned, support process improvements, and contribute to best practices.
