Job summary

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager III to lead and oversee technical delivery projects in a hybrid role with weekly onsite work in Ann Arbor, MI. You will mentor junior staff, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure SDLC processes are followed across Agile-based practices.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of software development experience, with hands-on experience in .NET and Visual Basic and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/IT/Business Admin or related field and 3 years of software development experience.
• 3 years of full-cycle software delivery experience as a business analyst, developer, or quality expert.
• 2 years of working with technology third-party vendors.
• Experience leading solutions design in .NET and Visual Basic applications.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee technical delivery projects from initiation through completion.
• Analyze and resolve moderately complex problems using functional expertise.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior employees.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to facilitate delivery.
• Ensure all steps in the SDLC (Agile-based) are executed.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and update documentation.
• Analyze technical requirements and translate into actionable tasks.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot delivery issues.
• Track and report on project metrics and KPIs.
• Support resource planning and allocation.
• Develop production support for systems – troubleshooting/triage.
