World Wide Technology is seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Manager to orchestrate end-to-end delivery across our services portfolio in the central/eastern region. This onsite role requires leadership across multi-tower programs and accountability for delivery quality, financial performance, and customer success.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in large-scale technology programs, strong executive presence, and proven ability to influence senior stakeholders within financial services clients.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading large technology or transformation programs.
• Experience delivering multitower programs across infrastructure, cloud, security, or applications.
• Strong executive presence to influence senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, waterfall).
• Financial acumen including P&L, forecasting, and commercial management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as executive delivery leader for strategic accounts.
• Governance, steering committees, quarterly business reviews.
• Oversee end-to-end, multitower programs across domains.
• Drive risk management and issue resolution.
• Partner with account teams to shape opportunities and ensure value.
• Own financial performance and profitability for programs.
• Lead delivery teams across consulting, engineering, PMO.
