Job summary

Persistent Systems is seeking a seasoned Delivery Head for Healthcare & Life Sciences covering Data, Analytics, AI, and Integration. You will drive large cloud-enabled programs, guide multi-disciplinary teams, and shape strategic client engagements across the East Coast.

The role requires 18–25 years IT/consulting experience, senior delivery leadership, and a track record of data modernization and AI adoption in HLS clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline; Master's preferred.
• Proven experience leading large-scale Data, Analytics, AI, and Integration programs for Healthcare & Life Sciences clients.
• Strong experience managing multi-million-dollar delivery portfolios with distributed global teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive customer success, operational excellence, and profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for strategic HLS Data, Analytics, AI, and Integration engagements.
• Drive enterprise data modernization and legacy-to-cloud transformations using modern data platforms.
• Own delivery governance, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and operational excellence.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, and business stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales and Consulting to shape large deals, support pursuits, and drive account growth.
• Lead and mentor global teams of delivery managers, architects, and engineering leaders.
• Foster an engineering-first culture focused on innovation, automation, DataOps/MLOps, AI adoption, and reusable accelerators.
