Job summary

Coforge is seeking a highly experienced Pharma Solutions Lead to drive strategic solutioning, consulting, and business growth initiatives across the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and Life Sciences sectors.

The individual will partner with sales, delivery, and industry stakeholders to develop innovative digital transformation solutions that address business challenges across clinical development, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities within pharmaceutical and life sciences accounts.
• Lead solution strategy and proposal development for RFPs, RFIs, and client presentations.
• Develop compelling value propositions aligned with client business objectives.
• Support account expansion through strategic consulting and industry expertise.
• Participate in deal shaping, pricing strategy, and solution governance.
• Advise clients on industry trends, digital transformation initiatives, and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with client executives to understand business priorities and define technology roadmaps.
• Conduct assessments and recommend solutions across R&D, clinical, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial functions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for enterprise transformation programs.
