Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to drive day‑to‑day execution for the Agentic AI platform. You will own delivery cadence across multiple programs, run Scrum ceremonies, and ensure work flows with real accountability and evidence-based status updates.

You will interrogate estimates, challenge scope, and shape independently deliverable stories, coordinating platform, data, and security dependencies while keeping senior stakeholders informed with candor and credibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or demonstrably equivalent depth.
• 7+ years in technical delivery, engineering project or program management with delivery accountability.
• Hands-on software/platform engineering background or equivalent depth.
• Ability to evaluate estimates, work decomposition, and technical risk with evidence.
• Experience running Scrum or Kanban for teams of engineers and managing backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery cadence: run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track in-flight work to completion; surface slippage and unblock work promptly.
• Hold engineers to deliverables and timelines with clear definitions of done.
• Interrogate estimates, challenge padding, and verify sizing and complexity.
• Break down work into properly sized stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Own sprint and release planning across multi-phase platform builds.
• Coordinate cross-discipline hand-offs between platform, data, security, and operations.
• Own risk/issue management with evidence-based reporting to leadership.
• Protect team focus by absorbing interruptions and competing demands.
• Partner with engineering leads and architects on sequencing and technical direction.
