Job summary

Namely is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to drive planning and delivery of the product roadmap. You will operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Customers to translate strategic priorities into well-sequenced execution plans and maintain release discipline.

You will lead cross-functional teams, run core agile ceremonies, track progress, and ensure timely delivery while mitigating risks and communicating status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

6–8 years of technical project/program management experience in a product company (SaaS or platform).
Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum and collaboration with engineers on tradeoffs.
Experience delivering roadmap-to-release initiatives across multiple teams.
Proficient with Jira, Linear, Asana, or Confluence.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end planning and delivery for major product initiatives from intake to release and post-release review.
Translate roadmap priorities into scoped, sequenced execution plans with Product and engineering leads.
Manage sprint and release cadences across multiple pods; identify and mitigate dependencies.
Run agile ceremonies and continuously optimize delivery processes.
Track progress against the roadmap and communicate risks to leadership.
