Job summary

Veilant is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives across internal product development and external customer delivery. You will coordinate plans, align stakeholders, manage risks, and drive execution with product, engineering, design, and delivery teams to ensure outcomes are delivered.

This role requires strong PM discipline and Jira proficiency. You will drive product requirements, prioritize backlogs, and translate customer needs into deployable

Qualifications

• Active security clearance is required.
• Experience in project management, technical PM, or similar coordination roles.
• Strong PM methodology knowledge and best practices.
• Experience with Agile teams and Jira.
• Ability to manage complex workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and proactive risk identification.
• Outstanding time management and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product requirements, specifications, and delivery expectations with engineering, design, and product teams.
• Serve as primary point of contact for product decisions and alignment.
• Aggregate feedback and gaps to prioritize core product enhancements.
• Draft and manage PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and related artifacts.
• Translate customer needs into actionable deployment plans for internal product and customer delivery tracks.
• Maintain Jira hygiene, track risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Define project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and resource needs.
