Job summary

Cloudinary is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Customer Success professional to act as the primary technical point of contact for significant accounts. You will guide customers on best practices across Cloudinary’s Image, Video, and DAM solutions, with emphasis on adoption and long-term value.

You will lead business reviews, monitor usage and health metrics, and craft success plans that drive renewals and expansions across a global customer base.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Customer Success or Technical Customer Success within a SaaS environment.
• Technical aptitude with APIs, web technologies, or cloud-based applications.
• Experience managing enterprise customer relationships and renewal negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regular customer engagements including business reviews, adoption planning, and technical guidance sessions.
• Monitor customer health, product usage, and adoption metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop and execute customer success plans to support renewals and expansion.
