AT&T is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant for a full-time onsite role based in the United States. You will collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support, demonstrations, and expert consulting to ensure successful product integration.

You’ll design innovative solutions, oversee implementation, troubleshoot issues, tailor systems to client needs, train users, and document processes while working with development teams to enhance offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Design innovative technology solutions, oversee their implementation and integration, analyze and resolve technical issues to ensure system functionality.
• Understand and analyze client requirements, deliver tailored systems/applications solutions, answer customer inquiries, and build mini-applications to demonstrate feasibility.
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of company products and industry trends to optimize solutions and stay updated.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, provide pre-sales and post-sales support, train clients and internal teams, create detailed documentation, and collaborate with development teams to enhance product offerings.
