Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant for an on-site, full-time role based in multiple U.S. locations including Pleasanton, CA. The role supports sales with technical expertise, designs and implements solutions, interacts with clients, and trains teams.

Requires a BS/BA and 7+ years of experience; certifications may be required in some areas. Salary ranges from $174,100 to $279,800 annually. The position offers comprehensive benefits, generous PTO, parental leave, and tuition

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
• 7+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
• Experience with pre- and post-sales activities is implied.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Design innovative technology solutions, oversee their implementation and integration, analyze and resolve technical issues to ensure system functionality.
• Understand and analyze client requirements, deliver tailored systems/applications solutions, answer customer inquiries, and build mini-applications to demonstrate feasibility.
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of company products to optimize solutions and stay updated with trends and best practices.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, provide pre-sales and post-sales support, train clients and internal teams.
