AT&T is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant for a full-time onsite role across multiple U.S. locations, including San Diego. You will work with sales to deliver expert pre- and post-sales support, design integrated solutions, and lead complex projects with minimal supervision.

The role requires a BS/BA and 7+ years of related experience; certification may be required in some areas. Expect competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations, ensuring accurate representation and support of company products.
• Design innovative technology solutions, oversee their implementation and integration, analyze and resolve technical issues to ensure system functionality according to specifications.
• Understand and analyze client requirements, deliver tailored systems/applications solutions, answer customer inquiries, and build mini-applications to demonstrate feasibility.
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of company products and industry expertise to optimize solutions, monitor performance, and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, provide pre-sales and post-sales support, train clients and internal teams, create detailed documentation, and collaborate with development teams to enhance product offerings.

Formazione
