Job summary

Workday is seeking a Technical Consultant to design, develop, and deploy data migrations and integrations for complex customer deployments. You will collaborate with client teams, define data requirements, map and transform data, and support move-to-production activities.

You should bring 4+ years in data migration or related domains, familiarity with AI concepts, and experience with Workday data conversion tools such as iLoad, EIB, or Advanced Load.

Qualifications

• Proficient with ETL, SQL/MySQL, XML, Microsoft Excel, stored procedures or other data tooling.
• Experience coordinating and collaborating with cross-organizational partners to define requirements and resolve data issues.
• Experience mapping, transforming, and loading data from source to target software systems.
• Experience with data migration, integration development, or software implementation lifecycles.
