You will work on data migration, integration development, and reporting within Workday projects, driving ideas from concept through to implementation.

You are curious, collaborative, and capable of leading data requirements sessions with customers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with data migration, integration development, report building, or software development, OR
• 4+ years of experience with technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design, OR
• 4+ years of experience in HR, Payroll, Financials, Supply Chain, or Student domain
• Familiarity with AI concepts, including LLM integration and agentic workflow design

Responsibilities

• Explain sophisticated concepts in simple terms to customers
• Design, develop, and deploy technical requirements for data migration
• Drive ideas from concept through implementation in Workday projects
