Qualifications

• 4+ years of data migration, integration development, report building, or software development experience.
• 4+ years in technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design.
• 4+ years in HR, Payroll, Financials, or related domains with Workday data experience.
• Familiarity with AI concepts, LLM integration, and agentic workflow design.

Responsibilities

• Explain sophisticated concepts in simple terms to customers.
• Lead data requirements sessions and coordinate with cross-functional partners.
• Develop and deliver technical solutions from concept to implementation.
