Job summary

Workday seeks a Technical Consultant to design, develop, and deploy data migration and integration solutions for customers. You will translate complex requirements into actionable technical designs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven outcomes.

You will work on data migration, integration, and reporting, with exposure to Workday data conversion tools such as iLoad, EIB, and Advanced Load, and leverage AI concepts in workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with data migration, integration development, report building, or software development.
• 4+ years of experience with technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design.
• 4+ years of Human Resource, Payroll, Financials, Supply Chain, or Student domain experience
• AI Fluency: Familiarity with AI concepts, including LLM integration and agentic workflow design

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy customer data migration requirements.
• Explain sophisticated concepts in simple terms and understand customer procedures.
