Job summary

DraftKings is seeking a Senior Technical Compliance Analyst to strengthen our compliance programs across SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOX ITGC, and NIST. You will translate complex requirements into scalable controls and partner with Engineering, Security, Legal, Privacy, and Internal Audit to drive evidence collection and remediation.

We value automation, robust tooling, and data-driven governance. The US base salary range is 111,200.00 USD - 139,000.00 USD with bonus, equity and benefits;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical compliance, IT audit, security/compliance, risk, or governance.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned technical compliance domains across SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOX ITGC, NIST, and other standards.
• Lead audit and certification activities from planning through completion with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Engineering, Security, Legal, Privacy, Internal Audit, and external auditors to assess control design and remediation gaps.
• Translate regulatory and contractual requirements into practical technical controls and workflows.
• Develop evidence strategies to improve audit and assessment efficiency and quality.
• Identify risks, track remediation, and drive open issues to resolution.
• Develop program health metrics and leadership-ready insights for compliance performance.
