Job summary

FanDuel seeks a Senior Technology GRC Analyst to lead governance, risk, and compliance across the Technology organization. You’ll design, implement, and mature a unified controls framework, align with enterprise governance, and drive evidence-based assurance across PCI, SOC2, and state requirements.

You will manage control lifecycles, partner with multiple teams, and develop policies, standards, and procedures, while staying current with evolving threats and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred.
• 5+ years of Technology GRC, risk, and compliance experience.
• Experience across the full control lifecycle including discovery, design, testing, remediation, and reporting.
• Experience conducting technology risk assessments and maintaining risk registers.
• Knowledge of IT platforms (AWS, Okta, GitHub, Atlassian) and data flow mapping.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and coordinate audits/regulatory assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mature a risk-based technology control program aligned with security frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate control lifecycle activities from discovery to remediation and assurance.
• Deliver executive reports on technology control health, issues, and risk posture.
• Serve as primary contact for compliance activities (SOC2, PCI, state exams) and liaise with audit teams.
• Collaborate with Tech and Enterprise Risk Management to maintain the controls framework.
• Provide guidance during regulatory examinations and internal audits, coordinating evidence gathering.
