Job summary

BMM Testlabs seeks a Senior Technical Compliance Engineer to act as technical authority on gaming regulations across North America. You will influence how technologies are evaluated and tested, collaborating with regulators and engineering teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical field.
Minimum 5 years hands‑on experience with gaming industry standards or North American regulatory compliance.
Experience with GLI standards and major North American regulatory frameworks.
Ability to author or revise checklists, test plans, interpretations, or regulatory submissions.
Ability to obtain gaming licenses, registrations, or suitability approvals.

Responsibilities

Interpret and apply gaming standards across North American jurisdictions.
Lead development of compliance checklists and test methods.
Engage regulators to clarify emerging technologies and evolving compliance needs.
Provide expert feedback to strengthen compliance consistency across the organization.
Mentor staff on standards interpretation and regulator communications.
