The Technical Compliance team is a vital part of our organization, ensuring that every product we design, build, and deliver meets strict regulatory and technical standards. This team serves as the bridge between innovation and regulation, safeguarding market access by ensuring product integrity, accuracy, and compliance with jurisdictional requirements. In this highly detailed and fast‑moving environment, team members rely on precision, analytical thinking, and a strong sense of accountability. Each person plays a critical role in reviewing, certifying, and maintaining product compliance, ensuring that the company not only meets but anticipates regulatory expectations.
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and knowledgeable Technical Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance team. In this role, you will ensure that all slot games developed or integrated by the company meet the technical requirements and regulatory standards set forth by gaming authorities across various jurisdictions. You will collaborate closely with developers, QA teams, regulatory bodies, and third‑party testing labs to ensure full compliance throughout the game development lifecycle.
Employment at Bluberi is on an at‑will basis unless otherwise stated in a written individual employment agreement signed by Bluberi’s CEO. This means you and/or Bluberi have the right to terminate employment at any time for any reason with or without cause or notice, as applicable to federal or state law.

Bluberi is committed to full compliance with the federal immigration laws. These laws require all individuals to complete an employment eligibility verification procedure when hired. All new team members are required to electronically complete and sign an I‑9 form and furnish original documentation for proof of identity and proof of eligibility to work in the United States within three business days of their first day of employment. Changes in immigration status must be reported to HR as soon as they occur.
