Job summary

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) seeks a Technical Compliance Engineer in Las Vegas, NV to join our Technical Compliance team. You will act as a bridge between Delivery and regulators, independently reviewing test results and helping regulators with updates on regulations and internal controls.

The role focuses on customer service to regulators, evaluating submissions, maintaining regulatory knowledge, developing internal documentation, and collaborating with senior teams on technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Programming or a similar technical field is required.
• Experience in Gaming, Lottery, and Tribal environments preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
• Must have demonstrated professionalism and a commitment to customer service.
• Must adjust communication styles according to the audience.
• Must handle multiple projects under tight deadlines with balance among priorities.
• Must read/write/speak English sufficiently to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service and support to regulators, suppliers, and operators.
• Evaluates documentation related to submissions and testing.
• Maintains a register of current regulations and certification processes.
• Learns and maintains working knowledge of standards and minimum internal controls for jurisdictions.
• Develops/maintains internal procedural documentation, coversheets, forms, and test scripts.
• Assists in generating correspondence for new technology or regulatory policy changes.
• Works with Senior Compliance on regulatory technical matters and issues.
