Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on collision repair painting experience in production refinish.
• Axalta solvent and waterborne product experience.
• Ability to diagnose paint application concerns and explain corrective actions practically.
• Strong ownership, integrity, and solution-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with focus on QA and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and with teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer support or technical service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for technical inquiries about Axalta products; assist with usage and product selection.
• Provide color support including LAB crossovers and color matching guidance.
• Offer expert guidance on color and technical issues via phone, email, chat and text.
• Identify improvements in color/technical workflows and contribute to QA enhancements.
• Stay updated on SOPs, OEM trends, and training; share knowledge with the team.
