Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in engineering with 15+ years of experience, MS with 10+ years, or PhD with 5+ years.
• ITAR compliance and U.S. Persons required.
• No immigration sponsorship offered; candidate must reside within the specified area.

Responsibilities

• Conducts advanced thermal product development activities and research.
• Train engineers and technicians.
• Support sales through proposals, analysis, and datasheet preparation.
• Ensure on-time deliveries and manage project costs.
