Job summary
Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to lead documentation of business processes and translate them into detailed technical requirements for a new SaaS bond accounting platform. The role acts as a liaison among business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors in an onsite Richmond, VA environment.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years in a Technical Business Analyst or related role, strong experience with APIs, data lineage, and Salesforce/MuleSoft ecosystems, and
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 7+ years in Technical Business Analyst/PS/PO roles.
- Experience documenting complex business processes and supporting technical components.
- Experience with application integrations, APIs, and data lineage.
- Good in Agile delivery and Rally.
- Proficiency with Visio for workflows.
Responsibilities
- Document current-state and future-state business processes to support operations.
- Lead discovery sessions with business users, operations teams, technology partners, and vendors.
- Create cross-functional workflow and swimlane diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
- Develop understanding of the application ecosystem, interfaces, and integrations.
- Document data exchanges, connectivity, and data lineage; translate to requirements.
- Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and delivery using Rally.
