Job summary
Everforth Apex Systems in Merrifield, VA is seeking a Technical Analyst to support the Digital team across web, mobile, chat, and voice solutions. You will collaborate with product owners, analysts, developers, and QA to define technical system requirements and ensure scalable API integrations.
The role emphasizes leadership in requirements refinement, mapping data between systems, and participating in all Scrum ceremonies. Prior experience in finance is a plus; hybrid work is offered.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in IT capturing technical requirements for information systems and apps.
- Experience with APIs and multi-tier applications required.
- Familiarity with SOA/microservices and API integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead collaboration with product ownership to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Identify gaps and issues in requirements and address non-happy path scenarios.
- Advocate for maintainable solutions with reusable components and clear interfaces.
- Map data between interfacing systems and document interface specs.
- Assist in prioritizing features and epics and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
- Perform tests on applications/services and demo results to stakeholders.
