Dev Technology Group is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our software delivery team in Washington, DC. You will translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, document decisions, and collaborate with clients and developers to ensure successful outcomes.

You will mentor team members, contribute to process improvements, and support testing activities across the full software lifecycle, with exposure to React, Node.js, and AWS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum six years of related BA/TA or software delivery experience.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
• Technical background with exposure to React, Node.js, and GitHub.
• Experience using AWS cloud tools and Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation of requirements.
• Clarify needs with clients and technical teams; define solution requirements.
• Translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and flows.
• Support wireframes creation and refinement.
• Develop and maintain test plans and acceptance criteria.
• Support user acceptance testing and verify delivered solutions meet requirements.
• Create clear technical, functional, and user-facing documentation.
• Provide Tier I customer support and investigate issues.
• Track decisions, risks, and dependencies using Jira/Confluence.
• Collaborate across development lifecycle with multiple teams.
• Mentor team members and drive process improvements.
