Innovative Tech Solutions Inc in Woodlawn, MD is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to bridge technology and business strategy, translating complex requirements into actionable solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will elicit and document requirements, analyze processes, develop use cases and user stories, and partner with development, QA and PM teams through the SDLC to deliver high-impact outcomes. Strong BA background and technical acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BA experience with a strong technical background.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and system integration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SQL or similar data reporting skills are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/Business/CS or related field.
• CBAP or PMI-PBA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements from key stakeholders.
• Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for technical improvement.
• Develop detailed use cases, user stories, process flows, and functional specs.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams through the SDLC.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews to drive alignment.
• Support UAT planning, test case development, and defect tracking/resolution.
• Translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for business stakeholders.
