The role requires coordinating with a remote development team and internal stakeholders to deliver reliable business intelligence and IT solutions. The ideal candidate has extensive SQL experience, proficiency in Power Platform, and strong communication skills to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing reporting and process automation solutions.
• 5+ years of SQL experience (T-SQL preferred).
• 3+ years of Microsoft Power Platform experience.
• Experience in Final Mile / Logistics or related industry is preferred.
• 3+ years coding in C#, Python, or Java.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business associates to identify end-user requirements and specifications for new application development and enhancements.
• Work with outsourced software development team on application development projects.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decisions.
• Develop and maintain SSRS reports and robotic process automation flows.
• Troubleshoot and maintain the company’s transportation management system.
• Lead projects to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
