You will partner with stakeholders and technical teams across the SDLC to deliver robust specifications, configurations, and automated processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of related experience in business and systems analysis, and hands-on application support, configuration, or development.
• Desirable professional designations (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, ITIL Foundation, CBIP, CISSP).

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business needs into detailed IT and data solution requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to model requirements and develop solution specifications.
• Lead configuration and maintenance of enterprise applications and optimize performance and reliability.
• Respond to service requests, troubleshoot issues, and document resolutions for business/technical audiences.
• Develop technical specs for enhancements and implement automated system protocols to reduce manual work.
• Lead testing, debugging, and deployment of updates with minimal business disruption.
• Use SQL and analytics tools to analyze data and support decision-making; create reports/dashboards as needed.
• Manage application security, including user access and data protection compliance.
