Job summary

Great American Insurance Group is seeking a Data Reporting Analyst to support Worker’s Compensation policy reporting. The role emphasizes analytical rigor, attention to detail, and timely delivery in a hybrid on-site/remote environment.

You will collaborate with multiple business units—Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, IT—to maintain ISO and BOP products, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop data-driven insights for product enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Field of Study: Business, Economics, Statistics or related discipline.
• 5–9 years of underwriting or product experience; 2+ years of product experience; relevant certifications (AU, CPCU, CIC, INS, ARM, CLP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ISO BOP product forms, notices, disclosures, and related materials.
• Develop and lead innovative product solutions to drive premium growth and portfolio competitiveness.
• Collaborate with Business Units, Actuarial, Claims, Data and Legal to design product specs, pricing, and language for compliance.
• Develop product and rate revisions, manuals, and procedures.
• Coordinate filing documentation and responses for Departments of Insurance and secure state approvals.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify product enhancement opportunities.
