Job summary
CGI is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our team supporting a critical government mission from a Fairfax, VA location with a hybrid work model. The role emphasizes analysis of business processes, translating requirements to technical specs, and guiding a cross-functional SAFe team to deliver robust systems.
The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years BA experience, and strong skills in data visualization, SQL, and ALM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience with Agile development teams.
- Experience with ALM tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence.
Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business processes, systems, and user needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers.
- Facilitate requirements workshops and create test plans and scenarios.
- Document process flows and re-engineer processes.
- Provide technical guidance to a SAFe team.
