Sotalent is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our Washington DC technology consulting team. You will support a federal Chief Information Officer, lead strategic roadmaps, and oversee a diverse portfolio of technology initiatives across the full project lifecycle. You will translate requirements, manage risks, coordinate with vendors, and brief executive leadership.

Applicants must be U.S. citizens, able to obtain a Public Trust clearance, and possess PMP or eligibility with 8+

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing or supporting large scale technology projects.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for contract compliance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust clearance.
• Must have a PMP certification or the ability to earn one.
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise systems, IT service management, and change requests.
• Strong background in translating complex technical needs into actionable business requirements.
• Proven track record of managing project schedules and escalating risks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation of strategic roadmaps and project plans for complex system integrations.
• Serve as primary advisor to client leadership on priorities, resources, and timelines.
• Manage full project lifecycle from requirements to delivery and closeout.
• Identify technical risks, coordinate with vendors, and deliver executive briefings.
