• Experience digging into root causes to optimize processes and explain details clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between developers and clients, wearing multiple hats (problem solving, client support, prioritization).
• Convey technical specifications to developers and validate changes through testing and beta environments.
• Coordinate with new clients to configure software to fit needs and provide training.
