Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Consultant to help lead the successful implementation and optimization of CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) ERP systems. This is a remote position with up to 50% travel across the U.S. The ideal candidate will bring deep manufacturing knowledge and extensive experience with CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine (versions 8, 9, or 10).

What You’ll Do

• Deliver business consulting and training services focused on CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine)
• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements
• Lead or support ERP implementation projects from planning through go-live
• Conduct system testing, documentation, and end-user training
• Support process modeling, project coordination, and internal reporting
• Occasionally assist with broader business improvement initiatives
• Collaborate across teams to ensure projects are successful and aligned with business goals
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Execute project plans and timelines
• Lead remote and on-site interactions to support implementation
• Develop clear and effective documentation
• Provide training and process guidance to end users
• Create and manage test plans
• Participate in internal initiatives and knowledge-sharing efforts
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with CSI/SyteLine in a manufacturing environment
• 10+ years in a consulting or business analyst capacity
• Strong expertise in ERP implementation and core manufacturing operations
• In-depth knowledge of finance, production, planning, procurement, and engineering
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Industry certifications like APICS/CPIM or Six Sigma are a plus
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline
• Experience leading teams or mentoring others
• Strong understanding of both business processes and ERP configurations
