Kendrit Consulting Group in Baltimore, MD seeks a Senior Business Analyst to join our project team. You will perform detailed requirements analysis and documentation, document processes, and work closely with Federal employees and project teams while conducting user acceptance testing.

This permanent onsite role requires being intuitive, analytical, and able to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance is required.
• Strong team player.
• Advanced documentation skills for BRDs and project documentation.
• Proven ability to create business use cases, test cases, and flow diagrams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to present to project teams and Federal employees.
• Knowledge of developing SQL queries.

• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

Seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our project team in Baltimore, MD. Principal tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis and documentation, documenting processes, working closely with Federal employees and project teams, and performing user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, the business analyst should be intuitively analytical and comfortable explaining complex concepts to non-technical users.

This is a permanent role expected to be onsite 5 days a week.
