The position operates under supervision of LPAC Supervisor and is responsible for managing production needs for one or more of the following: audio, lighting, or scenic-rigging for touring, local, and rental productions and events, overseeing lighting prehangs/restores, audio setups, load ins/load outs, general restores and maintaining backstage areas.
Hours: Part Time up to 940 hours per fiscal year, 20 hours per week, not guaranteed.
Example of Duties & Responsibilities:
Duties may include, but are not limited to, providing experience to the following:
- Stage Management for Concerts, Dance and Theatre performances
- Coordinating crew and tour staff for all production load-in needs
- Oversee LPAC crew and Tour/Client staff for show operations
- Call Season and Rental shows asneeded
- Coordinate crew for production load outs and presets for upcoming events
- Coordinate with Front of House staff for venue and Artist needs
- Application of safety standards for theatrical/event productions
- Assisting in setting stage audio plots, lighting plots and focus, and/or scenic design
- Safe operation of hydraulic personnel lift
- Safe counterweight rigging and fly rail operation skills
- Operational functions of Yamaha digital audio, ETC lighting, or counterweight rigging systems
- Safe scenic construction practices when using hand and power tools
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Assist training of Technical and Stage Assistants

Education and Experience:
- Any equivalent combination of three or more years’ education and experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for acceptable job performance.
- Currently enrolled in college, university, or trade school majoring in Theatre Arts, Film, Television, or a related field, is desirable.
